Marchant Residence in St George
This client was having their kitchen remodeled with new cabinets. They wanted their Red Oak floors stained to complement the updated color of their cabinets. They also wanted the red colors in the Oak subdued. That required one of the contemporary colors by Duraseal. Weathered Oak mixed with Silvered Gray. Then 4 coats of non yellowing water base epoxy polyurethane.

Van Noy Residence
This client in St George was remodeling their 2nd home. They wanted a stain and polyurethane to match the updated design of their new kitchen cabinets. This particular color has chemicals that mute the red tones that are strong in Red Oak lumber. Compare this color to the Burton Residence that is a natural Red Oak floor to see the difference.

Burton Residence
This B&B in Springdale next to the entrance of Zion National Park needed a light remodel during the off season. New paint, floor refinishing and new furniture. I sanded out all the wear and applied three coats of high quality oil base polyurethane in a satin matt luster.

Sandberg Residence
This is a refinish of a Red Oak floor stained in Santa Clara. It was 20 years old and had worn areas. The client wanted a change in the color too. These are the finished photos.

Hollyoak Residence
This home in St George had a small fire at the dishwasher and their insurance paid to refinish all the floors. A natural finish on Common Hickory.

Benson Residence
This client in St George added new flooring in the family room onto the existing floor. These are 3/4" x 2 1/4" solid Red Oak shorts glued to concrete. You can have solid on concrete. Only pieces no greater in length than 18"

Hudson Residence
This client in Washington was ready to remove this solid Hickory floor but I came in and refinished it beyond their expectations. It started as a yellowed natural color to their desired medium brown with low luster polyurethane.

Smith Residence
I refinished this engineered Walnut floor in Washington With three coats of oil polyurethane.

Paris Residence
I refinish Historic homes. This one in Caliente, Nevada is a 1930 Railroad Row House. The original floors are Douglas Fir. The client wanted a more modern color with a gray cast introduced into the stain and a flat sheen polyurethane.

Hansen Residence
This client in Cedar City wanted their Australian Cypress Hardwood Floor refinished back to new. We also added new flooring to the living room seamlessly by lacing the new into the old 20 year old floor.

Winkleman Residence

Best Residence
I was asked to refinish the original one inch thick Douglas Fir floor boards in this 1893 Historical Home in Beaver Utah. Due to the age of this floor it took twice as long to refinish this floor as it usually takes on this century's floors.

Vaughan Residence
This client in St George wanted their well worn Red Oak floors refinished to a Mahogany color.

Schrandt Residence
This home in Cedar City has an unusual floor for Utah; Australian Cypress. It had usual wear patterns for its age and I refinished it back to a natural finish with three coats of polyurethane.

Stack Residence
This client in Cedar City wanted to stain this solid Maple strip floor to match a close color to the American Cherry cabinets. We applied three coats of satin oil base polyurethane over the stain.
