Oberdick Residence
This homeowner in Kayenta wanted to match a solid Character Hickory from another part of their home. Somerset floors had the perfect choice in prefinished engineered. It was glued directly to the dry checked slab after it was cleaned & ground flat.

Hannaford Residence
This client picked the Rewards Napa Rutherford Plank for their new home in St George. A 1/2" thick with widths of 4", 6" & 8". A lightly hand scraped floor. Priced at 3.79 per foot. Matching floors in retail stores were 5.75/ft. I offer real deals.

Eckelkamp Residence
This historic brick home in Parowan, UT was remodeled and I put new floors in the halls upstairs and refinished the two bedrooms of original floors. All 3/4" x 2 1/4" Common Red Oak. Job was completed January 2017.

Sharp Residence
This home in Cedar City, UT had an old Pine floor installed in the kitchen years earlier and it was coming apart. The client chose Somerset Color Plank in solid 3/4" x 5" White Oak Metro Brown color. Quality prefinished solid flooring. Job completed December 2016.

Smith Residence
This client in Cedar City, UT wanted a solid 3/4" White Oak plank that is prefinished with 25 year wear warrantied Aluminum Oxide Polyurethane. Somerset Brand had that order with a slight eased edge on all four sides. Looks great with the ultra hard coating that resists wear. Job completed November 2016.

Schlosser Residence
This client did their homework and found a unique flooring species from South Asia called Acacia. It has similar features to Walnut but with golden highlights. Beautiful flooring material.

Absher Residence
This home was originally planned for a refinish of an existing 30 year old floor. Upon inspection the better choice was to replace with this updated Garrison Big Sky Walnut Winchester color.

Moisture Testing Concrete
WE always test concrete for moisture as it is the primary failure of wood floor installations. These tests guide us into measures we can take to protect the floor for the life of the house with moisture barriers.

Silva Residence
This client picked the top of the line by Garrison. An Engineered 5/8" x 6" wide Deluxe Hickory Cambria color.

Bennett Residence
This client wanted a bigger statement for their great room by installing an unfinished engineered 5/8" thick Common Hickory in a 5" x 36" block of Herringbone with a micro bevel. This is the installation story in pictures.

Watson Residence
Garrison's 5/8" Hickory Deluxe Cambria engineered 6" plank installed throughout the entire home except the bathrooms. As usual I diamond grind the slab for better adhesive adhesion.

Purcell Residence
This is a 3/4" x 6, 8 & 10" wide Common Walnut plank floor installed over a moisture barrier on concrete with 5/8" plywood glued & nailed. This floor was heavily hand scraped.

Suess Residence
I have worked for this client for 25 years installing solid 3/4 x 3 1/4 wide Select White Oak finished natural with satin polyurethane. I added the living room in July 2015.

Livingston Residence
This client wanted a floor that could take a beating with large dogs. They picked a common grade prefinished engineered European White Oak, wire brushed, fumed with Woca Oil. 5/8" x 7" wide.

Wright Residence
This client wanted a colorful floor and chose Common American Cherry. It is a solid 3/4" x 5" long length plank. American Cherry will turn much darker within a short period of time. A dark reddish brown like Brazilian Cherry.

Bousema Residence
This homeowner wanted a heavier distressed wood floor in Hickory. Hickory is one of the hardest American lumbers used in flooring. One of the best species if you want utility.
