This client wanted their Brazilian Cherry floors refinished due to early wear issues and spilled white nail polish. It did not have enough coats of polyurethane originally. I clear stained the floor and applied 3 coats of oil base polyurethane. One more coat than is usually applied. This refinish will last 20 years.

This Eastern White Pine floor had dark stained beveled edges. In order to create added character we left some of the stained bevels. I can also sand the bevels flat to bring the floor back to square edges if it is chosen. I applied 3 coats of oil base polyurethane for a natural color.

Stockstill Residence in St George
This client wanted to add new Maple flooring in the family room to match the flooring in the rest of the home. I refinished all the floors, new and existing with a contemporary stain color and 4 coats of non yellowing lower luster polyurethane. As expected the stain always gets blochy with Maple. An antique appearance.

Terry Residence in St George

This client picked a color that is now my most sought after color recently. Aged Barrel by Duraseal. A dark black/brown with a gray casting with a lower luster polyurethane. This floor was very worn out but it was brought back to a new looking floor.
