Beaver Mountain Lodge in Beaver
The client wanted scratches repaired by clients to his Airbnb. It is a process that can be achieved seamlessly with a little time to let the repairs age into the existing floor. With the same polyurethane and sheen choice one can get a perfect match. Delicate tapes are used to tape off entire boards involved in the scratches.

Stockstill Residence in St George
This client wanted to add new Maple flooring in the family room to match the flooring in the rest of the home. I refinished all the floors, new and existing with a contemporary stain color and 4 coats of non yellowing lower luster polyurethane. As expected the stain always gets blochy with Maple. An antique appearance.
