Terry Residence in St George
The old yellowed polyurethane on Maple was refinished with a very durable non yellowing epoxy water base polyurethane. The floor will stay this new color long term.

Shepherd Residence
This client was completely remodeling their kitchen. The existing Red Oak floor was coated with a yellow/ambering polyurethane that is typical of oil base polyurethane. They wanted a contemporary color and an non yellowing polyurethane. This is Weathered Oak Stain.

Allinson Residence in Toquerville
Two rooms were added to this existing 3/4" x 3 1/4" Number 1 Common Red Oak. It was a solid floor installed over concrete with a 5/8" plywood on slab subfloor. Solids have to be stapled down. This was finished natural with three coats of oil polyurethane.

Swann Residence in Cedar City
My client wanted to update the color of this Common Hickory floor. They were very happy with the outcome.

Webster Residence
This client had their original floor recoated by a local floor refinisher. That coat started to peel and their was no warranty; as expected. I was hired to perform a complete refinish down to raw wood. I stained the Walnut to maintain that darker color with three coats satin matt oil base polyurethane.

Sands Residence in St George
This client picked a color that is now my most sought after color recently. Aged Barrel by Duraseal. A dark black/brown with a gray casting with a lower luster polyurethane. This floor was very worn out but it was brought back to a new looking floor.

Shumway Residence in Hurricane
I installed 1500 sf of new solid Red Oak flooring in this home that had 700 sf of existing to refinish. The client wanted an updated color with a gray cast. Aged Barrel/Silvered Gray is the stain mix color with a lower sheen polyurethane.

Smith Residence in Kayenta
This Kayenta home had not been refinished in many years and was extremely worn. It had large gaps that I filled with a special compound. New stain and low sheen polyurethane back to new like condition.

Long Residence in Springdale
This American Cherry floor with an aged polyurethane had ambered and the client wanted an updated color with a gray cast. I stained the floor with Aged Barrel and applied a satin matt polyurethane.

Tremea Residence in St George
This was a 20 year old Common Walnut floor that needed refinishing due to age, scratches and discoloration. I stained it clear to give it UV protection and applied three coats of oil polyurethane.

Olsen Residence in Santa Clara
This client wanted an updated modern color on their previous worn natural Red Oak. Aged Barrel was a good choice with the gray tones leaching through the blackish brown undertones. A low sheen polyurethane finished it off.

Duncan Residence in St George
This client had a worn out Maple floor with pet stains and a remodel window extension in the master bedroom to add flooring within. I refinished with three coats of high quality oil base polyurethane.

Barton Residence in St George
My client wanted to change the color of this European Variation Beech hardwood from a natural to a dark walnut color.

Steglich Residence in Hurricane
This home had worn out Red Oak flooring plus repairs to correct installation flaws. The client wanted an updated darker color which are in vogue in the current design community. Lower sheen oil base polyurethane was applied in three coats. This floor will last 20 years without wear appearing again.

Stewart Residence in St George
This remodel on an 80 year old home with the original floor was a challenge. It was installed with hand driven box nails. It had never been refinished. Several repair areas were addressed. The floor finished off in a like new appearance. The extra time and detail made all the difference.
